Hello, we have changed our standard terms and conditions applicable from the 19th June 2017, and also the following consumer terms and conditions:

  • Pay monthly fixed mobile and mobile internet services (All versions June 2014 - July 2016 (inclusive) (clause 20.2))
  • Pay monthly Refurbished fixed mobile and mobile internet services (Versions July 2016 – February 2016 (clause 19.2) and Version March 2015 (clause 20.2))
  • Pay monthly superfast broadband services (Swindon) (clause 24.2)

Please note that the above referenced clauses are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

“To exercise a right to cancel, You must inform Us of Your decision to cancel this Agreement either by letter sent to: UK Broadband Limited trading as Three Broadband, Hutchison 3G UK Limited, 450 Longwater Avenue, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 6GF or by phone on: 0330 686 8000. If you are cancelling the Agreement under clause 20.1 above, to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for You to have called Us and sent Your communication concerning Your exercise of the right to cancel within 14 days of the delivery of Your Equipment even if We receive it after the 14 days has expired.”

  • Pay monthly fixed mobile and mobile internet services (All versions June 2014 - July 2016 (inclusive) (clause 20.6))
  • Pay monthly Refurbished fixed mobile and mobile internet services (Version March 2015 (clause 20.6))

Please note that the above referenced clauses are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

“Subject to clause 20.7 below, once We have provided the Service, You may tell Us to stop providing it at any time by giving Us 30 days' notice by calling Our customer service team on 0330 686 8000 or by letter to the address on Your last bill. We will write to You to confirm the date that Your Service will end.”

  • Pay monthly Refurbished fixed mobile and mobile internet services (Versions July 2016 – February 2016 (clause 19.6))

Please note that the above referenced clause is deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

“Subject to clause 19.7 below, once We have provided the Service, You may tell Us to stop providing it at any time by giving Us 30 days' notice by calling Our customer service team on 0330 686 8000 or by letter to the address on Your last bill. We will write to You to confirm the date that Your Service will end. ”

  • Pay monthly superfast broadband services (Swindon) (clause 24.7)

Please note that the above referenced clause is deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

“Subject to clause 24.8 below, once We have provided the Service, You may tell Us to stop providing it at any time by giving Us 30 days' notice by calling Our customer service team on 0330 686 8000 or by letter to the address on Your last bill. We will write to You to confirm the date that Your Service will end.”

The changes apply to all orders accepted by Three Broadband under the above listed terms and conditions, before or after the date stated above.
